Rumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition where many different organs are attacked by your own immune system defense. A symptom of rheumotoid arthritis is when joints start to swell up and be painful from rheumatory arthritus.

The linings of the joints (the synovium) is where the first symptoms of rumatory arthritis normally appears, it is when the synovia is attacked by inflammatory cells such as lymphocytes and others, the different rumatoid arthritis symptoms and signs start to appear.
A symptom of rumatoid arthritis is when the synovium (the jointlining) is filled with inflammatory cells that contain various dendritic and plasma cells, neutrophils and lymphocytes as well as mactophages. In rumatoid arthritis (rheumotoid arthritus), there is a fairly complicated interaction between these cells where they produce inflammatorial cytokines. The effect of the cytokines is very damaging.
The body parts where rumatoid arthritis has its greatest effect are the joints. Rheumatory arthrities is a systemic condition and as other systemic diseases, it can also affect organs like lungs and eyes where it is common to see symptoms if these conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.
Rumatoid arthritis (abbreviated to RA), is a chronic disease that will cause symptoms like joint stiffness, pain and swelling which in turn will reduce the flexibility and function of the joints.A patient with active rumatory arthritis will notice a worse joint stiffness in the mornings when it can last a few hour, but sometimes the rheumatoid arthritis can last a whole day. With other arthritic conditions, the symptoms are quite different do stiffness in the morning, especially a long period, is a very clear symptom of rheumatiod arhtitis. Other signs of rhumatory arthritus are the affection of the minor joints (feet, hands) usually is worse than in other larger joints.
In order to arrive at a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, which is a clinic diagnosis, there must be a presence of joints that have swollen up and furthermore the swelling should be located mainly to the minor joints (feet and hands). Using a rhumatory test, the reumatoid factor can be measured and established in around 8 of 10 patients. The rumatoid factor is also found in patients of good health, in as many cases as 1 out of 20 of the whole population. If there are no joints with swelling, measuring the rhuematoid factor is unnecessary. After about 6 months or more into the rheumatiod arthritis disease, patients can be diagnosed by x-raying feet or hands which can often supply information on joint damage and in diagnosing rumatoid arthritis.
Rheumetoid arthritis is a condition where the immunesystem cells starts to fail. This is what is frequently known as an autoimmune disease. This malfunction of the cells will result in an attempt to attack enemies that are not there, in this case they will try and attack healthy joints. Science does not currently know why this malfunction appears. What science does know, is that it is the lining of the joint, the actual tissue called the synovium, that is the target of the misguided attack. The tissue here is harmed by inflammatory substances from the immune system cells and these will cause serious damage and swelling eventually.
Some new research has shown good results and it could possibly give us more clues later on what makes the cells of the immune system misbehave, whether it can be prevented, whether hereditary etc. From this new scientific research, there has been a number of new rumetoid arthritis medicines developed, notably the TNF (Tumor Necrosis Facor) blocking drugs, designed to block off some of the signals from the immune system causing the rhematory arthritis symptoms.
Rheumatory Arthritis, or rumatory arthritus is a condition where the joints are under attack from your own immune system that is malfunctioning. Rheumetoid arthrities medicines based on TNF blockers have shown to be very effective for treatment of rhumitoid arthritis symptoms and signs of rheumotoid arthritis.
